Returns and Exchanges
At Slime Time we get so much pleasure out of what we do simply because our aim is to bring Happiness and Enjoyment to all of our Fellow slimers. Our Mission is to make sure you are completely delighted with your Purchase.
We want you to have Peace of Mind when Ordering and to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We believe in successful customer relations, so please contact us and describe the issue. We are here to help.
Below is our Return and Refund Policy: A Request must be made by Contacting Us
We are can offer a return, refund or exchange product(s), providing the following conditions are met:
– The items with the original receipt are returned within 14 days of purchase
– The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including attached tags and labels.
Please indicate your order number, name, address, email, phone number and instructions are included and any comments. Do also take note that:
– We are unable to reimburse postage costs incurred for returned/exchanged products unless it has a defect or is faulty, or we have shipped the incorrect product to you.
– We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the product(s) in question do not meet the above guidelines.
We do NOT provide change-of-mind refunds.
How to Return:
Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have been met, item can be returned in two ways:
We suggest you package the items being returned securely and send your returned parcel so that it can be tracked. We are unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges for change of mind purchases.
Shipping and Handling Charges are unfortunately NON refundable for change of mind purchases.
You will be refunded for the value of the goods once we have received the unused item back
Please allow up to 7 working days for the returns to be processed
In the very unusual case of a defective product, please contact us within the 30 day period as stated in our terms and conditions.
Slime Texture
We would like to remind our valued customers that some types of slime, by nature, can sometimes undergo a change in texture when exposed to different temperatures. This is a natural occurrence and does not indicate any fault or defect in the product.
If your slime has changed texture due to temperature, do not worry as this can be easily remedied by using our slime activator, which is available for purchase on our website.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any changes in texture that occur due to temperature fluctuations.
We will not be able to authorise returns or refunds if slime has naturally changed it’s texture due to temperature fluctuations as this could easily be fixed with slime activator.
Transportation and shape
Due to its gooey texture, slime needs to be played with to achieve the desired consistency and shape, which may not match what is shown on the website. This means that the slime will not arrive in the exact shape demonstrated on the website when packaged for delivery in a jar. However, once manipulated, slime becomes stretchy and malleable, making it a popular toy and sensory item with the desired shape.
